The first contractor was fixing squeaky floors when he found water damage on the sides of the patio doors. Fortunaterly it hadn't got into the joists. He referred me to KD&W. Lance came out to find a solution to stop the leaks. His assessment was that it wasn't the patio doors but the vinyl decking installed 2 years prior. He gave the solution to the first contractor, who is now waiting for warm weather. No charge! Thanks, Lance. It doesn't get more professional service than this.

Knight Doors and Windows offered a competitively-priced door in a variety of attractive styles and was able to deliver it within a shorter timeframe than the other quotes I got. I am super happy with the quality and with the installation process. The company was great about communicating with me and installed the door quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering replacing or purchasing a new door.

A disaster start to finish and one that just keeps getting worse with time. They broke our new window and repairs by Koltech Windows were a mess. The repaired window is smudged between panes (crappy repair). They mis-measured the window, broke the window frame and tried to hide it. All in all, a mess. Thankfully we only had 2 windows replaced: this was a trial for all our windows. We settled for less than full cost but we should have gone to small claims court. Avoid.

Awesome company! They came out immediately to assist me and even though they weren't able to repair my type of door, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even helped me to get my vehicle out so I still had transportation for my children.

Keith and his team are just great people who do an exceptional and professional job!! The 1" pipe that holds the spring on my garage door broke. So I gave Keith a call. He quoted me a per foot cost for the pipe (couple dollars per foot for an 8 foot pipe). The other guys told me the cost of the pipe was going to be $120.00 plus 100/hr to install......LOL Thanks again Keith for treating a client with professionalism and an honest price. You have just made me your customer for life!!

My husband are I are a huge pain. We have so many questions before we make a "big" purchase. We all know the garage door is a huge focal point. We had the best service from picking the door to getting it installed. All our questions were answered, all my emails were returned and all my calls were answered. What else could we ask for! I recently ordered and had a new garage door installed by Knight Door Services. The service was impressive, to say the least. Keith came out to take measurements and patiently answered about a billion questions that I had. He recommended a new garage door and hardware that he thought would work best for my door. When I thought about changing the location of my garage door, Keith was extraordinarily accommodating and promptly came out to measure my garage again with no questions asked. The garage door came exactly when they said it would and installation was scheduled immediately after the door arrived. The door installer was extremely friendly and professional and did the installation in under half a day. They even took the old door away with them! Overall, I was greatly impressed with Keith's cheerfulness, the ease with which I was able to contact him (by phone AND email), and his willingness to go the extra mile for customers. I would highly recommend (and have already recommended) Knight Door Services to all of my friends and family--and I recommend them to you, too!!
